DMCA Copyright Policy
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
NailMaps respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and listing sources to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
1. Designated Copyright Agent
We have registered a Designated Copyright Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. To submit a takedown notice or counter-notification, contact:
Tien Phan3008 Linden Street
Bethlehem, PA 18017
United States
Email: tien12dn@gmail.com
2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on NailMaps infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on the Site (e.g., URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices will not be acted upon. Submitting a knowingly false notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which NailMaps may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
NailMaps has a policy of terminating access for repeat copyright infringers. Any user or listing source that is the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may be permanently blocked from contributing content to this Site.
5. Safe Harbor Statement
NailMaps operates in compliance with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing material upon receipt of a valid notice, and we do not receive a financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity where we have the right and ability to control such activity.
