By accessing or using NailMaps at nailmaps.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

NailMaps is a local nail salon directory serving the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and surrounding communities). The Site provides informational listings of nail salons for consumer reference only. NailMaps does not sell products, process payments, or make appointments on behalf of any salon.

3. Third-Party Content — CDA Section 230

NailMaps is an interactive computer service as defined under the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230 ("CDA"). Salon listings, ratings, reviews, hours, and other information may originate from third-party sources including but not limited to Yelp, Google, Facebook, Booksy, and Birdeye. NailMaps is not the author of such third-party content and is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or defamatory statements contained therein.

4. Information Accuracy Disclaimer

All information on this Site — including salon addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation, pricing, ratings, and service menus — is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Always confirm details directly with the salon before visiting or booking. NailMaps makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listing.

5. Intellectual Property

The NailMaps name, logo, site design, original editorial content, and code are the intellectual property of NailMaps and its owner. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks (salon names, logos) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this Site for commercial purposes without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about any salon or person
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to overload or disrupt Site services

7. Listing Removal Process

Salon owners or authorized representatives may request removal or correction of a listing by emailing tien12dn@gmail.com with the subject line "Listing Removal Request." Include the salon name, address, and reason for the request. We will respond within 10 business days. Removal requests do not affect our rights to publish factual, publicly available information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NailMaps and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Site or reliance on any information herein. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
